As you are aware, there is much information available with regard to this.
From a company point of view, we have conducted a comprehensive risk assessments and introduced all of the relevant controls and best practices that we can. These follow NHS advise & include 'extended' [from the government advised 14 days] self-isolation of any staff who 'may' be adversely affected [As there's evidence of 24 days, I recommend 28 days self-isolation if any staff get it]. Hence please be assured, we are as prepared as practically possible, and are working hard to maintain the services you may need / want.
One key aspect will be us asking when making visit appointments, a few new pertinent questions. Please help us by responding positively to these. They are for your benefit and ours
We have a contingency team to monitor things as they progress. Where resources get detrimentally affected, it is this team that will manage things but we have already prepared to potentially up to 25% reduction in service personnel. Our actions will be communicated to affected customers as / when necessary.
For any site visits, we would also encourage you to co-operate with our staff should they need to talk to you about relevant hygiene controls they need your assistance with i.e. washing facilities before and after working + issues for your awareness going forward. [Typical aspects being encouraging you to use sterile wipes to keep keypads &/or fobs clean].
